Shipping Rates

At Swastika Fashions, we strive to deliver premium women's fashion right to your doorstep with transparent and affordable shipping.

Our Shipping Charges:

  • Orders Below ₹1,000: Flat ₹ 75 shipping charge
  • Orders ₹1,000 and Above: FREE SHIPPING 🎉

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart value.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched

We currently deliver across Maharashtra to the following locations:

  • All major metro cities
  • Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities
  • Most PIN codes across Maharashtra

Note: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. You'll be notified during checkout if your location is not covered.

Courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location for optimal service.

Order Tracking

Track Your Order:

  1. Check your email for shipping confirmation with tracking ID
  2. Click on the tracking link provided
  3. Or visit our courier partner's website and enter your tracking number
  4. For assistance, contact us with your order number

Shipping Address

Please ensure:

  • ✅ Alternative contact number (recommended)
  • ✅ Landmark for easy location (if applicable)

Important: We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Multiple Items in One Order

All items in a single order will be shipped together. If you place multiple orders separately, they may be shipped in different packages and may arrive at different times.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items:

  • The entire order will be shipped once all items are available
  • Estimated dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page
  • You will be notified of any changes in timeline

What We Don't Ship

Currently, we do not offer:

  • ❌ International shipping (India only)
  • ❌ Express/overnight delivery
  • ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) - Online payment only
  • ❌ Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If Your Order is Delayed:

  1. Check the estimated delivery date in your confirmation email
  2. Track your order using the provided tracking number
  3. Contact us if delivery is delayed beyond estimated date

Lost or Undelivered Orders:

  • If courier reports "delivered" but you haven't received the order, contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with the courier partner
  • Once confirmed, we will reship or refund as applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Receiving Your Order:

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
  • If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance

Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched:

  • Log into your account and request cancellation
  • Or contact our customer support immediately
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)

During festival seasons and sale periods:

  • Delivery may take 2-3 additional days
  • Orders are processed on first-come, first-served basis
