1. What products do you offer?

We offer a curated range of women’s ready-made clothing, including kurtis, dresses, co-ord sets, western wear, ethnic wear, and daily wear collections.

2. Do you deliver outside Pune?

No. We deliver only within Pune, Maharashtra to ensure fast and reliable service.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across Pune. Express delivery may be available for select pin codes.

4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for eligible areas in Pune.

5. What payment options do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer easy exchanges within 3 days of delivery for size or product issues. Items must be unused and in original condition.

7. How can I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart. You may also contact support for size guidance.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

9. Do you have a physical store?

No. We currently operate online only, with doorstep delivery across Pune.
